Job Summary
Cocktail Server: the Primary Purpose of the Cocktail Server Is to Provide Friendly Attentive and Timely Service to Create an Exceptional Experience for All of Our Guests. Each Cocktail Servers Primary Objective Is to Show Our Guests Quality Service Delivered with a Smile Each and Every Interaction so That They Will Want to Become a Repeat Customer. the Cocktail Server Must Be Knowledgeable of Spirits Cocktails and Wine and with That Knowledge Upsells Recommends Menu Items and Learns About the Guests Preferences. Must Ensure That Safety Regulations Are Enforced and Supplies Are Maintained. the Cocktail Server Will Take Food and Beverage Orders and Will Oversee and Maintain the Cleanliness of the bar During & After His/Her Shift.
At All Times Cocktail Servers Are Expected to Be Attentive to Our Guest Needs and Making Them Feel Welcome Comfortable Important and Relaxed.
Wage: $16.90 Hourly
Workplace Experience:Minimum 1-Year Serving Experience Equivalent or a Combination of Education and Experience. Minimum of One-year Customer Service Experience in a Previous Position Where the Primary Job Duty Is Direct Customer Service Is Required.
Education: High School Diploma or Equivalent.
Physical Requirements: Prolonged Standing/Walking for 8 Hours. Ability to Walk Around the Hotel up and down Stairs Stoop Kneel Lift a Minimum of 50 Lbs. and Push and Pull Approximately 200 Lbs.
Preferred Qualifications:
