Role Overview

We areseekinga detail-oriented and analyticalLeadBusiness Analysisto jointheTaiwanMarketplaceteam. You willbe requiredtodevelop thebusinessplan and visibility/dashboardsneeded to achieve strategic plans and goals drivedecisionsandtrack performance on growthKPIs like seller acquisitionseller management selection and GMV of marketplace categories and anystrategic initiatives.This role will be critical in generating data backed insights for the business and help in achieving growth goals of the business basis those insights.

What You Will Do

• Design develop and improve automated reports and dashboards to
  measure performance and support business needs

• Pull and leverage data to provide proactive actionable insights that canidentifygrowth opportunities increase efficiency and/or deepenunderstanding of business.

• Set strategic and measurable goals define newmetricsand collaborate withother teams to achieve success on cross-teamprojects

• Has the potential to become a subject matter expert in areas concerningmarketplace e-commerce

• Has the potential to become a people manager and manage coach and grow Data analysts

• Build processes and KPIs reporting to align internal stakeholders on priorities andmarketplaceinitiatives.

Basic Qualifications

• Expertisewith SQL SQL tuning and relational database systems

• Experience using business intelligence reporting tools (Tableau Data Cubes PowerBI etc.)

• Knowledge of data management fundamentals and data storage principles

• Excellent verbal and written communication skillsto work effectively withcross-functional teams

• BA/BS/MA/MS preferable in Finance/Marketing/Economics/Statistics; MBA isa plus

• At least 5-10 years relevant work experience in AnalyticsData ScienceCRM Strategy Growth Program Management. Experience acrossfast-paced technology-orientedorganizatione.g.e-commerce/Consulting/Banking/start-upispreferred.

Preferred Qualifications

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret and present complex data effectively

• Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced
  environment

• Detail-oriented with a strong commitment to accuracy and quality

• Proven experience in product analysis data reporting or a similar role

• Able to logically break down a problem into steps and define input andoutput metrics

• Bilingual English/Chinese
