Senior Concept & Process Technologist

Im partnering with a well-established highly respected food manufacturer to find a Senior Concept & Process Technologist who can bridge the gap between kitchen creativity and factory reality. This is a genuinely end-to-end rolewhere you get to take products from idea to launch across branded own-label and foodservice.

Salary: 38-45k
Location: South West
Schedule: Flexi start/finish times - 1 day WFH

What youll be doing

Leading new product and packaging concepts from kitchen trials through to full-scale manufacture
Planning running and evaluating factory and packing trials including first production runs
Acting as the key link between Product Development and Manufacturing
Identifying and mitigating process risks early to ensure smooth launches
Working closely with suppliers customers and co-manufacturers
Ensuring products meet all food safety quality regulatory and retailer requirements
Contributing to innovation strategy benchmarking and market trend activity
