Job Summary

Key Responsibilities:

1. Bond Administration

Maintain and monitor all pilot training bonds service agreements and contractual obligations.

Ensure timely issuance of new bonds for training upgrades and transitions.

Track bond validity tenure and completion dates

. 2. Compliance & Documentation

Ensure all documents are signed stored and updated as per regulatory and company policies.

Maintain an accurate digital and physical database of all active and closed bonds.

Coordinate with the Legal team for updates amendments and clarifications.

3. Recovery & Settlements

Calculate recoverable amounts for resignations early exits and incomplete service periods.

Coordinate with Finance for invoicing recoveries and final settlements.

Follow up and ensure closure of pending payments in a timely manner.

4. Pilot Coordination

Communicate bond details terms and obligations clearly to pilots.

Address pilot queries related to bonds tenure payments and obligations.

Provide timely status updates to Fleet HR and management.

5. Cross-Functional Collaboration

Work closely with Training to verify training completion and associated costs.

Coordinate with HRBP and Fleet Office for movements upgrades and exits.

Align with Finance for reconciliation refunds and audit requirements.

6. Reporting & Analytics

Prepare monthly dashboards on active bonds recoveries and upcoming expiries.

Highlight risk cases high-value exits and compliance gaps.

7. Employee Life Cycle

Desired Qualification / certifications:

/Postgraduate/MBA in Legal HR or related field

Graduate

Preferred work experience

Strong attention to detail and accuracy

Excellent communication and coordination skills

Good understanding of HR and financial processes

Ability to handle confidential information

Proficiency in MS Excel and documentation
