We are seeking a Nursing Supervisor to:
Help lead the day-to-day operations and coordination of patient care service.
Promote staff continuing education and evidence-based practice.
Facilitate communication coordination and collaboration among disciplines regarding identification planning and provision of high quality cost-effective care.
Utilize your strong professional communication and collaboration skills to provide constructive feedback and resolve conflicts train/mentor staff and resolve patient concerns.
Be able to perform procedures moderate sedation critical thinking and overall flow.
Be an effective member of the management team fostering a customer/patient focused perspective and ensuring a strong commitment to organizational service standards.

Education:
Minimum Bachelor of Science in Nursing.
Preferred Master of Science in Nursing or relevant field.
Work Experience:
Minimum Two (2) years relevant experience in clinical practice.
Preferred Five (5) or more years of relevant experience in clinical practice Management or supervisory experience with demonstrated success.
Licenses and Certifications:
Minimum Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of Wisconsin and current CPR certification.
Preferred Certification in specialty area.
