What youll do:

Be an engaging leader who provides direction oversight training and development
Recruit plan and schedule childcare volunteers for all programming at your campus
Regularly communicate with care for appreciate and provide pastoral leadership to volunteer leaders
Lead in planning and implementing leadership training and planning meetings encouragement events and leadership parties
Oversee volunteer onboarding process (placement orientation training
& development)
Own Campus Kids budget
Actively engage in and contribute to monthly worship sessions during All Staff
Direct volunteer teams to identify and guide kids/parents toward their next step in their faith walk
Lead Kids Ministry special events including Parent Dedication KidQuest Young Christians Class etc.
Oversee Kids weekend and mid-week services/programming

Skills & Experience youve had:

Kids ministry leadership experience (staff or volunteer) is preferred
Teaching experience or early childhood development roles preferred
