As ourModernizationSupervisor you willreview bid documents and survey job requirements on upcoming bids withsalespeople for our modernizationjobsites.In addition your familiaritywith handling financials will ensure profitability on all modernization jobs whileeffectivelymanaging resourcesthatwill lead to further success for yourself and the team.
You willbring2years ofconstruction/serviceexpertiseas well assupervisory experienceideallyleading aunion representedworkforceto our KONE familywithan appetite for learning an exciting and newfield.You will usethe knowledgegained when obtaining yourbachelorsdegreeinarelated fieldor7 years of relevant working experience.

The hiring range for this role is $121000..00. The compensation package offered will depend on their ability to meet the requirements of the role and a range of factors unique to each candidate including their skill set years and depth of experience certifications and location.
KONEAnnual Bonus planat 15% Target Incentive (50/50)based on achievement of company goals and individual goalsor
KONE Sales Incentivebased on achievements of sales targets.
