This program offers rising college seniors the opportunity to work on live transactions alongside a dynamic team of professionals while receiving structured training in key areas of commercial real estate finance. Interns also benefit from guest speakers who are industry leaders and curated property tours that enhance the overall learning experience.
We are seeking motivated summer interns to join our fast-paced collaborative environment. Interns will support the team across all aspects of the business including research reporting and underwriting while gaining meaningful hands-on exposure to the commercial real estate industry including work on engagements involving leading global banks institutional investors and sophisticated real estate sponsors and exposure to the full lifecycle of complex commercial real estate transactions

Required Education and Experience
- Currently enrolled in a four year undergraduate program
- Rising senior with an expected graduation date between December 2026 and May 2027
- Prior course work in in Finance Real Estate or a related field
- Strong analytical critical thinking research and problem-solving skills
- Excellent written verbal and presentation communication skills
- Self-motivated with a strong sense of initiative and desire to learn
- Team-oriented with the ability to collaborate effectively
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office Word PowerPoint and beginner to intermediate proficiency in Excel
- Prolonged periods sitting at a desk and working on a computer.
