Schedule:Part-time flexible weekday schedule with summers off
Compensation:Paid CDL training no experience necessary. Starting pay $23.28-$26.80.

Must have a minimum of 2 years experience driving a school bus.
Must have current valid CDL with S and P endorsements as well as air brake certification.
Must be able to travel to other locations or states as required.

Key Responsibilities:
Safely transport students to and from school and activities
Arrive at destinations on schedule
Perform pre- and post-trip vehicle inspections
Conduct child checks after each route
Use navigation tools to plan efficient routes
Maintain a clean fueled and well-maintained vehicle
Keep accurate mileage and maintenance records
Interact with students parents and staff in a professional manner
Perform other duties as assigned

Bonus Eligibility: To qualify for the sign-on bonus employees must work both AM and PM routes remain in good standing and meet all route requirements. Good standing is defined as consistently meeting job expectations following company policies and not having significant disciplinary issues.
Fully Credentialed Bonus Payment: The sign-on bonus will be paid in three installments:
o$2000 paid out after 90 days on route.
o$1500 paid out after 180 days on route.
o$1500 paid out after 270 days on route.
Non-CDL Bonus Payment (Candidates need to complete training and be fully credentialed within 45 days): The sign-on bonus will be paid in three installments:
o$750 paid out after 90 days on route.
o$625 paid out after 180 days on route.
o$625 paid out after 270 days on route.
