As a Field Service Engineer youll be handson with hardware visiting customer sites and remote worker locations to deliver deskside support that keeps businesses running smoothly. This is a dynamic fastpaced role where youll grow your technical skills build confidence and gain exposure to a wide range of environments.
What we are looking for:
Ideally you will possess hands on work experience or have a sound knowledge of:
Youll be working to agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) playing a key part in helping Capita meet its return youll be supported by a strong team culture and guided by our Field Services DNA the standards that shape how our engineers work collaborate and deliver exceptional service.
