Your future duties and responsibilities:
. Design develop and maintain scalable data pipelines for structured and unstructured data from multiple source systems.
. Build and optimize ETL/ELT workflows to ensure high data quality reliability and performance.
. Develop and manage data models to support analytics reporting and KPI dashboards.
. Enable business intelligence and reporting using tools such as Power BI and enterprise data platforms.
. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Business Analytics Finance and IT to understand data requirements and deliver data-driven solutions.
. Support sales operations and leadership teams by providing actionable insights through data analysis and dashboards.
. Ensure compliance with CGIs data governance security and operational management frameworks.
. Drive continuous improvement by adopting modern data engineering practices tools and technologies.
. Support ad-hoc analysis special initiatives and strategic projects as required.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
. 35 years of experience in Data Engineering preferably in the IT services or enterprise environment.
. Strong experience with SQL data modeling and data warehousing concepts.
. Hands-on experience with cloud data platforms (Azure AWS or GCP preferred).
. Proficiency in ETL tools scripting languages (Python/SQL) and data integration frameworks.
. Strong experience with Power BI or similar BI tools for dashboarding and reporting.
. Good understanding of data governance data quality and security practices.
. Strong analytical problem-solving and communication skills.
. Ability to work across functions and geographies in a fast-paced environment.
