Job Summary

The Arkansas Correctional School District is seeking a dedicated and organized leader to serve as a Principal or Education and Instruction Manager. Reporting directly to the Superintendent of Schools the Principal/Education and Instruction Manager serves as the primary instructional leader. You will foster a collaborative environment with unit personnel and oversee a non-graded curriculum designed to empower and educate inmate Duties & ResponsibilitiesInstructional Leadership: Plan and direct all learning activities coordinate course outlines and recommend high-quality teaching materials and Management and Administrative Oversight: Oversee a diverse instructional model manage school attendance maintain accurate records gather statistical data and assist in budget development and supply Development & Evaluation: Supervise and evaluate teachers using the Teacher Excellence and Support System (TESS).
