As aPer Diem Nurse youll have the flexibility to work based on your availability while delivering exceptional care across our service area. Youll provide supportive patient-centered care in accordance with physicians plans ensuring comfort and dignity for patients and their loved ones.
What Youll Do:
- Assess and respond to patient and family needs in diverse care settings.
- Collaborate with the primary nurse and care team to deliver seamless care.
- Serve as a trusted resource for patients and families during critical moments.
What You Bring:
- Active RN license in Massachusetts in good standing.
- Proven ability to assess and address patient and family needs effectively.
- Strong communication skills and a commitment to compassionate care.
- Valid drivers license and access to a reliable insured vehicle.

The Pay Range listed is the anticipated hiring range of this position. Precise pay rates are determined through consideration of one or more of the following: education training relevant experience and work location. There are some cases in which the pay rate could exceed the range listed on this job post. Care Dimensions also offers a comprehensive benefits package including employer-sponsored health insurance paid time-off tuition reimbursement student loan paydown supplemental insurance options and more which adds to the companys generous total rewards package.
