Pay: $24 per hour
Schedule: Full-Time MondayFriday
- Create and lead a positive well-organized preschool classroom environment
- Deliver engaging lessons using The Learning Experiences curriculum and daily activities
- Support early literacy math social-emotional learning and school readiness skills
- Build strong trusting relationships with families through daily communication
- Work closely with your teaching team to maintain consistency and high-quality instruction
- Ensure classroom compliance with all Massachusetts EEC health safety and licensing standards
- Massachusetts EEC Preschool Teacher Certification (required)
- At least 6 months of experience in a preschool or early childhood classroom (1 year preferred)
- Associates degree or higher in Early Childhood Education preferred
- Solid understanding of developmentally appropriate practices (DAP)
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Positive dependable and team-oriented mindset
- $24 per hour competitive pay
