Job Summary
Wilson Ford Lincoln is seeking a reliable and customer-focused Service Shuttle Driver to join our team in Saginaw this role you will be responsible for safely transporting customers to and from our service department ensuring a positive and seamless experience. Responsibilities
- Transport customers to and from the dealership and designated locations in a safe and timely manner.
- Maintain the cleanliness and general upkeep of the shuttle vehicle.
- Provide exceptional customer service by assisting customers during pick-up and drop-off.
- Follow all traffic laws dealership policies and safety procedures.
- Communicate effectively with the service department to coordinate shuttle schedules and updates.
- Report any vehicle maintenance or safety issues promptly.
Requirements
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record.
- Prior experience as a driver preferred but not required.
- Strong customer service and communication skills.
- Ability to navigate Saginaw MI and surrounding areas efficiently.
- Reliable punctual and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends as needed.
