Job Summary
Our client an international Road Freight Operator is now seeking and experienced Road Freight Groupage Operator.
Role:
Working within a department of 15 people part of a wider team of 47.
Handling European groupage services.
Arranging movement of freight from origin to final destination both international and national.
Liaising with customers overseas partners and suppliers.
Monday to Friday - 9am-5pm.
Training.
Job Types: Full-time Permanent
Salary - depending on experience.
Requirements
Skills required:
Must have a good understanding of European road freight at least 2 years experience.
Capable of manually calculating costs and charges.
Understanding of taxable kilos.
Good customer service skills.
Experience with Customs paperwork.
Ability to work in a team but also be self-sufficient.
