How will you value-add
Manage the entire global mobility lifecycle from pre-assignment preparation to post-assignment support
Support to internal stakeholders on global mobility related matters such as relocation planning shipment of personal goods and tax-related matters
Work alongside the wider HR team on global mobility matters (i.e. international transfers secondments etc)
Ensure compliance with immigration laws & firmwide requirements
Ensure smooth onboarding of inbound staff & departure of outbound staff
Assist with the global mobility related reporting projects & initiatives
About you
Diploma or Degree in Human Resources Business Administration or related field
At least 4 years of experience in global mobility expatriate management or relocation services
Strong knowledge of international tax & immigration laws
Good communication interpersonal & advisory skills
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
