Job Description
We are looking for a Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead end-to-end marketing strategy for a fast-growing technology services organization. This role will be responsible for driving brand positioning demand generation digital growth and revenue-aligned marketing initiatives.
The ideal candidate will have strong exposure to IT / Technology / SaaS marketing with proven experience in scaling marketing operations and delivering measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Define and execute overall marketing strategy aligned with business growth goals
Lead brand positioning market presence and go-to-market initiatives
Drive demand generation through SEO SEM Google Ads LinkedIn Ads and email campaigns
Improve website traffic engagement and lead conversion rates
Build and optimize lead generation funnels (MQL SQL Closure)
Collaborate closely with Sales for lead handover pipeline growth and conversions
Own marketing budgets ROI tracking and CAC optimization
Oversee content strategy including blogs case studies whitepapers presentations and videos
Manage PR media outreach events partnerships and brand communication
Track KPIs dashboards and conduct monthly performance reviews
Requirements
Experience required: 10 15 Years (Minimum 5 years in IT / Technology / SaaS Marketing)
