Role Summary

The Marketing and HubSpot Specialist is a pivotal role supporting the growth of our client and the success of their customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for a wide range of marketing activities including developing and executing internal marketing initiatives providing expert HubSpot implementation and support and managing client campaigns and accounts.

This role requires a combination of marketing expertise technical proficiency with HubSpot and strong client management skills. You will play a key role in delivering value driving results and ensuring high satisfaction for both the client and their portfolio of customers.

Key Responsibilities

Marketing for Our Client

  • Develop execute and manage multi-channel marketing campaigns to build brand awareness and generate leads.

  • Create and manage content for the clients marketing channels including blog posts case studies social media updates email newsletters and website copy.

  • Undertake website design and web development tasks to maintain and improve the corporate website ensuring it is up-to-date functional and optimised for user experience and conversions.

  • Manage the clients social media presence engaging with audiences and fostering community growth.

  • Implement SEO strategies to improve organic visibility and website traffic.

  • Analyse and report on marketing campaign performance providing insights for continuous improvement.

Marketing for HubSpot Clients

  • Develop and implement tailored inbound marketing strategies for clients using the HubSpot platform.

  • Execute client marketing campaigns including email marketing content creation social media management and lead nurturing workflows.

  • Create and optimise client assets within HubSpot including landing pages forms CTAs and email templates.

  • Perform ongoing website updates and optimisations on client websites to support campaigns and strategic goals.

  • Monitor analyse and deliver regular performance reports to clients highlighting results and recommendations.

HubSpot Implementation

  • Lead and manage technical setup and onboarding of HubSpot for new clients.

  • Lead or contribute to full website design and development projects for new clients from concept to launch.

  • Configure HubSpot portals (Marketing Sales Service and CMS Hubs) to align with client business processes and goals.

  • Manage client data migration including contacts companies and deals.

  • Build custom reports and dashboards to provide clients with actionable insights.

  • Deliver training sessions to client teams to ensure effective adoption and use of HubSpot.

Retainer & Client Account Management

  • Act as primary point of contact for a portfolio of ongoing clients building long-term relationships.

  • Provide timely technical support troubleshooting and strategic guidance.

  • Conduct regular account reviews and health checks to ensure clients maximise their HubSpot investment.

  • Identify opportunities to add value upsell or cross-sell services in line with client needs.

  • Maintain high levels of client satisfaction engagement and retention.

Requirements / Qualifications

Must-Haves:

  • 35 years of marketing experience with hands-on experience in digital marketing campaigns content creation and multi-channel marketing.

  • Strong technical knowledge of HubSpot (Marketing Sales Service CMS Hubs) including campaign setup workflows landing pages CTAs reporting and dashboards.

  • Experience with website design updates optimisation and basic web development.

  • Understanding of SEO strategies (on-page and off-page) to improve traffic and visibility.

  • Proven client management skills including account management strategic advice training and ongoing support.

  • Analytical skills for tracking reporting and optimising campaign performance.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills for client-facing interactions.

  • Ability to work independently manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

Nice-to-Haves:

  • Experience with other marketing platforms or CRMs beyond HubSpot.

  • Knowledge of lead generation and inbound marketing strategies.

  • Experience in an agency or consultancy environment managing multiple clients.

  • Advanced Excel Google Analytics or other marketing analytics/reporting tools.

General Duties

  • Collaborate effectively with internal team members to ensure smooth project delivery.

  • Perform other duties as reasonably directed to meet business needs.
