Summary of Role
The Sales Solution Architect plays a critical role in driving the sales process for WTWs Via Benefits solutions focused primarily on Via Benefits Accounts a spending account administration solution. This is a full-time role within and supporting the Individual Marketplace Sales team. The Sales Solution Architect is responsible for proposal development pricing contracting and eventually closing. You will also play a key role in our client renewals. To succeed in this role you will need to collaborate effectively with sales leaders client account leaders product teams and other specialists to design and present solutions that align with client objectives and organizational capabilities. As needed you will participate in meetings with prospects and clients and demo Via Benefits products. This is a highly visible role with an opportunity to significantly contribute to Individual Marketplace revenue growth by effectively managing key aspects of the sales process.

Compensation and Benefits
Base salary range and benefits information for this position are being included in accordance with requirements of various state/local pay transparency legislation. Please note that salaries may vary for different individuals in the same role based on several factors including but not limited to location of the role individual competencies education/professional certifications qualifications/experience performance in the role and potential for revenue generation (Producer roles only).
Compensation
The base salary compensation range being offered for this role is $ 80000.00 to $ 120000.00 USD per year.
This role is also eligible forcompensation plan with commission-based bonuses.
