Clinical Shift Schedule: Day shifts 8:00a 5:00p
Weekly Schedule: Four days per week
Monthly Commitment: Minimum two weeks per month

Duration: Ongoing coverage with minimum two weeks per month availability
PATIENT INFORMATION
Patient Demographics: Adult patients
Admissions: Outpatient clinic visits and scheduled surgical cases
Phone Consults: As required
Case Mix: Vascular surgery clinic patients
FACILITY INFORMATION
Office Equipment Available: Standard clinic and operating room resources
Specialty Backup Available: Surgical subspecialty support
Support Staff Available: Clinic and perioperative nursing staff
Reason for Coverage: Ongoing locum coverage
PRIVILEGES & COMPLIANCE
Hospital Privileges Required: Yes
Licensing: Facility willing to license qualified candidates
REQUIRED PROCEDURES
Vascular surgery clinic evaluation and management
Preoperative and postoperative patient care
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Licenses: Active medical license required; Idaho license preferred or willing to obtain
Board: Board Certified in Vascular Surgery required
Fellowship: Vascular Surgery fellowship required
DEA: Active DEA required
Other Qualifications: Ability to commit to scheduled clinic coverage without call
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Provide vascular surgery care in an outpatient clinic setting
Evaluate diagnose and manage patients with vascular conditions
Coordinate care plans and follow-up for vascular surgery patients
Collaborate with multidisciplinary care teams
Document patient encounters accurately and timely
Comply with hospital policies and clinical standards
