Description

• Learn and Execute elements of Safe Assembly Practices involving 2-36 Assembly to include OGS as well AGS.
• Perform in-process inspections including dimensional orientation and part; perform additional inspections pertaining to product specification if needed.
• Maintain records of inspections and results if applicable. Verify finished products meet and or exceed our customers standards.
• Verify tools are in safe working condition as well that calibration it up to date.
• Know and understand how to properly navigate Medix per job/spool.
• Complete all daily checklists and TPMs.
• Ensure all area 5S duties are getting completed.
• Communicate and interact with Line Leads shift supervisors operations manager and engineering on issues or discrepancies found between drawings/model and BOM.

• High School Diploma
• Experience in a manufacturing/assembly environment is preferred.
• Computer literacy of Microsoft Windows software is preferred.
• Familiarity with SWI/SOP processes.
• Good understanding of shop math (fraction to decimal) and ability to read tape measure and measuring tools (caliper micrometers vernier scale) preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret drawings blueprints desired.
• Good written and oral communication skills required.
• Good problem solving capabilities desired.
• Must be able to work independently efficiently and be self-motivated and detail oriented.

Pay: $16/18/hr
