This role is integral to the operations of pharmaceutical depots ensuring the compliant handling quality control and release of pharmaceutical products. Working under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist the position focuses on maintaining regulatory compliance upholding quality standards and supporting efficient daily operations. Close collaboration with depot staff and adherence to World Courier standards are critical for success in this role.
Responsibilities:
Shipment Release
- Facilitate the release of shipments for distribution under the supervision of a Depot Pharmacist ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and internal standards.
Product Status Management
- Manage changes to product status both physically and within systems following client instructions and applicable internal guidelines.
- Ensure accurate documentation and communication of product status updates to relevant stakeholders.
Quality Control
- Maintain strict adherence to quality assurance protocols to ensure compliance and product integrity.
Shift and Location: Monday to Friday 8h-17h. 100% On-Site at CLA Anhanguera Rodovia Anhanguera KM15 S/N Pirituba São Paulo SP

Education:
- Bachelor in Pharmacy is a must.
Work Experience:
- At least 2 years of experience in pharmaceutical depot operations or related fields.
- Understanding of quality control processes and regulatory compliance.
Skills and Knowledge:
- Oral and written English advanced proficiency is a must.
- Regulatory Knowledge: Familiarity with pharmaceutical regulations and quality standards to ensure compliant depot operations.
- Attention to Detail: Precision in managing product status changes and performing quality checks.
- Collaboration: Ability to work effectively under supervision and alongside depot staff to achieve operational goals.
- System Proficiency: Competence in using internal systems for tracking and managing product status updates.
- Problem-Solving: Proactive approach to addressing issues related to shipment release product handling and depot to site shipments.
- Strong communication skills to liaise with clients depot staff and quality teams.
