Job Summary
The Cycle Counter is responsible for maintaining a high level of inventory accuracy in the warehouse.
Key Responsibilities Include:
- Participates in proactive team efforts to achieve departmental and company goals
- Monitoring and controlling inventory integrity
- Maintain product identification and location program
- Research inventory discrepancies and ability to reconcile them in a timely manner
- Responsible for completing physical inventories/cycle counts/random or receipt audits/reconciliations
- Safely utilize power jacks to move warehouse materials according to proper safety instructions and as directed
Supervision:
This position is frequently supervised by the Inventory Control Supervisor/Lead.
Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or General Education Degree (GED)
Skills Required:
- Safety
- Time management
- Willingness to learn computerized scanning device
Physical Demands
This position requires standing 40% of the day lifting (up to 45 pounds) for 40% of the day and stooping for 20% of the day.
