Location: Deer Island (Winthrop) MA
Salary: $19 - $22 per hour
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:00am - 3:00pm

Key Responsibilities

In laboratory performs routine laboratory procedures and set-ups of analytical equipment in accordance with Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Operates equipment to perform established testing procedures in accordance with SOPs.
Assists in chemical or biological analyses.
Prepares standard solution reagents media and related materials to use in testing.
Reports to Laboratory Supervisor III.

Required Qualifications

College Junior or Senior science or engineering major with at least three courses in chemistry including a laboratory.
General understanding of laboratory procedures.
Ability to perform careful laboratory manipulations.
Good communication skills
Time frame: May to September
