Hourly Rate: $32.62 $46.50 (based on experience)

Position Overview
Navitas Healthcare LLC is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Occupational Therapist (OT) to deliver high-quality patient-centered occupational therapy services. This role involves managing the complete therapeutic process for assigned patients including assessment treatment planning implementation and collaboration with physicians and interdisciplinary care teams. The OT will support patients in achieving functional independence meeting therapy goals and improving overall quality of life across the continuum of care.
Required Qualifications
Bachelors Degree in Occupational Therapy
Current Registered Occupational Therapist (ROT) credential
BLS Certification (required within 30 days of start date)
Minimum 1 year of occupational therapy experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Perform comprehensive patient evaluations and provide occupational therapy treatments in accordance with professional standards and scope of practice
Assess therapeutic rehabilitative and functional needs and contribute to patient placement decisions
Develop implement and modify individualized plans of care based on physician orders and patient goals
Deliver skilled purposeful therapeutic interventions to enhance patient function and outcomes
Monitor patient progress and document responses to treatment and changes in condition
Communicate care plans progress updates and payer requirements with physicians interdisciplinary teams patients and families
Effectively prioritize caseloads and coordinate daily assignments and care transitions
