McCarthy Stone is hiring a Relief Care Supervisor to support our friendly team at Potters Bar Hertfordshire
Help older adults live safely independently and with dignity all in a secure and vibrant retirement community.
Pay and Hours
- Day shifts: 16.25 per hour
- Sleeping night shifts: 12.65 per hour
- Weekend premium: Additional 1 per hour
- Additional supplemental 10.80 per sleep shift
- Shifts: Flexible day evening and weekend shifts
- Scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers
Your Role as a Relief Care Supervisor
As a Relief Care Supervisor you will:
- Support residents safety wellbeing and independence
- Respond to emergency calls during night shifts
- Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks
- Coordinate and support engaging social activities
- Foster a positive welcoming environment for residents and staff

What Were Looking For
- Experience in a senior care role
- Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- A caring friendly and reliable attitude
- Team leadership experience is a bonus
