McCarthy Stone is hiring a Relief Care Supervisor to support our friendly team at Potters Bar Hertfordshire

Help older adults live safely independently and with dignity all in a secure and vibrant retirement community.

Pay and Hours

• Day shifts: 16.25 per hour
• Sleeping night shifts: 12.65 per hour
• Weekend premium: Additional 1 per hour
• Additional supplemental 10.80 per sleep shift
• Shifts: Flexible day evening and weekend shifts
• Scheduled in coordination with the Estate and Operations Managers

Your Role as a Relief Care Supervisor

As a Relief Care Supervisor you will:

• Support residents safety wellbeing and independence
• Respond to emergency calls during night shifts
• Oversee and assist with day-to-day care tasks
• Coordinate and support engaging social activities
• Foster a positive welcoming environment for residents and staff

What Were Looking For

• Experience in a senior care role
• Minimum Level 2 Health and Social Care qualification (or equivalent)
• Strong communication and organisational skills
• A caring friendly and reliable attitude
• Team leadership experience is a bonus
