Anglian Water has recently moved to the latest SAP ERP suite S/4HANA and is now transitioning to its next release. At the centre of this change is a major business programme thatleveragesSAPs capabilities to enhance and transform the way our businessoperates. This programmerepresentsa significant undertaking covering a broad scope across much of the organisation throughout AMP8.
Our current SAP platform contains 22 years of data and a key workstream will focus on validating the data required assessing and measuring its quality delivering an archiving solution to minimise the volume of data migrated to S/4HANA and upskilling internal staff so they can maintain and improve data quality over time.
We areseekinga highly capable Data Quality Analyst with a passion for data to play a key role within the Enterprise DataAnalytics and AITeam.In this role you will analyse data prepare data quality reports and work closely with data stewards and data architects to improve data collection and storage procedures enhancing the accuracy and integrity of our organisations data.
Whatyoullbe doing:
Quality assures critical master data from across the business withinappropriate systems(SAP and non-SAP) in line with Master Data Governance and Standards
Working with Enterprise Data Architects and external consultants on data quality profiling measurement and reporting using methods such as CARTIE
Working with Data Stewards and Enterprise Data Architects tofacilitatethe creation of documented data quality standards and procedures and delivering data cleansing in readiness for migration
Assist theSAPData Manager with the facilitation of meetings with SMEs from all areas of the business using the data that has been analysed to seek input and clarification of data items and requirements
Use strong collaboration skills to work with varied stakeholders across the data and analytics community to share knowledge and develop and embed best practices
Define and manage the programme business and technical quality metrics for critical data in scope and design run and manage data quality dashboards to report progress on a regular basis.

What does it take to be successful
Preferably educated to A level or equivalent or relevant experience using SAP
Good understanding ofSQLPythonandPower BI
Dealing with related queries and working withappropriate partiesas.
Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office 365
Proven ability in collating and using spread sheet data
Excellent IT and keyboard skills
Excellent numeric and literacy skills.

Valid driving licence
