Express Calibration Services LLC (ECS) an ATS company is a leading provider of critical calibration and repair services and serves clients across a diverse set of large and stable end markets including manufacturing aerospace and defense.

Express Calibration Services specializes in the calibration of precision measurement and test equipment of various types. We are currently seeking a passionate enthusiastic Customer Service team member to be based at our Kansas City Lees Summit MO facility.

The Role:

The Customer Service Specialist is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service addressing inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a positive customer experience. The Customer Services Specialist is often the first point of contact for customers and serves as a liaison between the customer and the company and is essential for maintaining positive customer relationships and contributing to a companys reputation. They play a crucial role in ensuring customer loyalty and driving business success through exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process received/completed precision test equipment service work.
  • Assist customers with service quotes repair estimates job status parts and shipments.
  • Follow up with customers to ensure their issues are resolved and their needs are met.
  • Communicate effectively and professionally with customers.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone e-mail or in person.
  • Provide information about calibration products services policies and procedures.
  • Resolve customer complaints and issues in a timely and satisfactory manner
  • Document customer orders interactions inquiries and resolutions accurately in the companys database or CRM system.
  • Determine appropriate solutions and take necessary actions to resolve issues.
  • Collaborate with other departments or teams to address complex customer problems.



Qualifications

Required Experience and Skills:

  • 1-2 years of experience in providing customer service and logistics support
  • Experience in working with technical and/or shipping & receiving teams is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Detail focused and oriented.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced customer-centricenvironment.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office with the ability to learn new software.
  • Familiarity with customer service software CRM systems and office software.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
  • Ability to complete tasks and projects with minimal supervision.
  • Ability to lift 30 Lbs. unassisted.
