Clinical Research Assistant Front Desk
IMA Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Assistant to support front desk and administrative operations at our clinical research site. This patient-facing role is ideal for someone with medical office experience who is interested in clinical research.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients; provide a welcoming front desk experience
- Answer and triage phone calls and schedule appointments
- Support Study Coordinators with administrative tasks and documentation
- Assist with patient interviews chart reviews and basic clinical data collection (training provided)
- Maintain accurate records in electronic systems
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Medical office or front desk experience preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel; research database experience a plus
- Detail-oriented and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
