About the Role:
A leading private eye care practice in Temple TX seeks a skilled and compassionate Optometrist to join its friendly team. This opportunity offers a generous sign-on bonus relocation support and a collaborative clinical environment using advanced diagnostic technology. New graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive eye exams for patients of all ages
Diagnose and manage ocular diseases and visual disorders
Educate patients on ocular health and preventive care
Recommend and fit specialty contact lenses
Collaborate with fellow optometrists and support staff
Serve approximately 22 patients each day

Salary and Benefits:

Total compensation ranges from $130000 to $190000 annually with base plus production bonus
Sign-On bonus up to $20000
Relocation assistance up to $5000
Comprehensive benefits package
MondayFriday 8 AM5 PM schedule

Requirements:

Valid state optometry license or in the process of applying
