• Prepare presentation materials (conceptual drawings 3D renderings visualization digital 3D physical models)
• Develop and modify design technical solutions throughout all phases of a project.
• Contribute to design discussions idea generation design work in drawing model and 3D image formats.
• Work closely with team members to complete projects on aggressive schedules by meeting deadlines within expected time budget constraints.
• Generate revisions corrections from outline mock-ups redlined drawings project documents.
• Attend client meetings to observe process develop presentation skills.
• Participate in construction site visits to understand the process.
• Recognize conflicts that arise during construction offer alternatives to resolve these issues.

Experience:

• Previous internship experience preferred.
• Relevant architectural experience in one of Flads market segments preferred.
• Portfolio that demonstrates a high level of skill in design thinking presentation media required.

Software:

• Proficiency in Rhino or SketchUp 3D rendering software required.
• Beginner Revit knowledge required; have at least one year recent Revit experience in an academic or professional setting. Understands how Revit works but may not have completed a project from start to finish. Has made edits to existing drawings models etc. Intermediate Revit knowledge preferred.
• Experience with real time rendering engines (Enscape Twin Motion) to generate still animations renderings Augmented Reality (AR) Virtual Reality (VR) visual scripting programs (Grasshopper Dynamo) Adobe Creative Suite AutoCAD preferred.

Education:

• Bachelors or Masters degree in architecture accredited professional degree or Masters degree in architecture preferred.
• Sustainability accreditation preferred.
