Responsibilities:
The Dental Assistant supports the dentist in clinical administrative and compliance-related functions to ensure efficient high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include assisting during procedures preparing treatment rooms maintaining patient records preparing and sterilizing instruments and supporting front-office operations as needed. This role is essential for delivering high-quality patient care and ensuring efficient dental operations.
Qualifications
A High School Diploma/GED along with one year of dental assisting experience. Candidate must have a valid CPR/BLS certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire).
Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
Knowledge of dental instruments and sterilization procedures.
Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced clinical environment.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to sit stand bend and reach for extended periods.
Manual dexterity to handle and operate dental instruments.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds with or without reasonable accommodations.
