Refrigeration, Plumbing & Building Automation Apprentices

Kalos Services is investing in the next generation of skilled trades professionals. We are hiring Apprentices for Refrigeration Installation Plumbing and Building Automation (BAS) Technician career paths.

This is a paid structured 90-day training program designed to teach motivated individuals these trades from the ground up. No prior trade experience is requiredjust mechanical aptitude a strong work ethic and the drive to build a long-term career.

Kalos Services: Paid 90-Day Training Program

Location: On-site - Clermont FL (you are required to to provide your own transportation to and from training)

Compensation: $17 - $20 hourly

What Youll Do During the 90-Day training program

• Participate in hands-on paid training led by experienced Kalos professionals
• Learn core mechanical electrical and safety fundamentals
• Receive trade-specific instruction based on your assigned career path
• Work alongside field teams to gain real-world jobsite exposure
• Develop the habits standards and discipline required in commercial construction environments
• We will provide all the tools and supplies needed for the training.
  
  

After the 90-Day Foundation Training

• Transition into your full-time trade career in Refrigeration Installation Plumbing or Building Automation
• Continue learning through on-the-job training mentorship and advancement opportunities
