Whatyoull do:

  • Develop and maintain readiness frameworks and toolkits.
  • Plan and deliver readiness activities for digital projects.
  • Coordinate communications and training with key stakeholders.
  • Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and gaps.
  • Create and coordinate end-user training resources and logistics.
  • Ensure consistent messaging and updates across channels.
  • Establish and support networks of change champions and super users.
  • Continuous Improvement: Monitor adoption metrics and incorporate lessons learned into future programs.


What we are looking for:

  • Tertiary qualifications in Business Communications Change Management or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
  • Knowledge of user adoption practices training development and stakeholder engagement approaches.
  • Understanding of governance risk and compliance requirements when embedding change.
  • Skilled communicator and facilitator with ability to simplify complex changes for business users.
  • Current NSW Drivers Licence.
