Whatyoull do:

Develop and maintain readiness frameworks and toolkits.
Plan and deliver readiness activities for digital projects.
Coordinate communications and training with key stakeholders.
Conduct impact and readiness assessments to identify risks and gaps.
Create and coordinate end-user training resources and logistics.
Ensure consistent messaging and updates across channels.
Establish and support networks of change champions and super users.
Continuous Improvement: Monitor adoption metrics and incorporate lessons learned into future programs.

What we are looking for:

Tertiary qualifications in Business Communications Change Management or related discipline (or equivalent experience).
Knowledge of user adoption practices training development and stakeholder engagement approaches.
Understanding of governance risk and compliance requirements when embedding change.
Skilled communicator and facilitator with ability to simplify complex changes for business users.
Current NSW Drivers Licence.
