Team & Opportunity

Youlloversee the ongoing health and performance of our multi-asset investment products(managed funds ETFs and managed accounts) act as a trusted expert to both internal teams and clientsand work closely with partners across the business to continually enhance product quality competitiveness and commercial impact.

Core responsibilities

Leaddevelopand manage team performance.

Serve as a multi-asset investment expert supporting sales and relationship teams engaging with clients andrepresentingVanguard at industry events.

Identifyopportunities to enhance Vanguards multi-asset lineupto better meetthe needs of investors

Oversee analysis and strategy for multi-asset productopportunities managecross functionalproject teams and present recommendations to senior leadership.

Build strong internal stakeholder relationshipsleveragingclient and sales insights to assess product health and drive ongoing product improvements and positioning.

Provide product thought leadership create technical marketing content support product launches coordinate internal training and contribute to research agendas to enhance client and business outcomes.
