What Youll Do

As an Inside Sales Support Specialist youll be the backbone of our sales team ensuring smooth operations and stellar client experiences. Your day-to-day will include but not be limited to:

-Interacting with high-level clients and executives handling special requests

-Assisting sales staff with client projects by creating quotes

-Managing vendor relationships and securing special pricing

-Processing orders and tracking progress

-Answering customer calls and providing top-notch assistance

-Tackling general tasks and challenges with a positive attitude

Qualifications:

-High school diploma required

-12 years of corporate or administrative experience

-Strong customer service skills

-Ability to work both independently and as part of a team

-Proficiency in Microsoft Office

-Base salary $40000 - $60000 (DOE)
-Employer-matched medical and dental insurance (available after 60 days of employment)
