Fund Operations Analyst

Tiverton is seeking a proactive and resourceful Analyst to join our Fund Operations team who can provide the highest quality financial analysis and accounting acumen for Tiverton while also undertaking various other tasks required at a fast-growing company. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver with the desire to work in a dynamic environment.  This position will be an integral part of the Tiverton team and provide critical support to the Fund Operations team the Portfolio Operations team and the broader organization. The successful Analyst will be self-motivated and energized by working with a group of thoughtful smart and skilled colleagues.

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Analyze financial data and assist with preparing various dashboards and financial reports
• Assist with Manager expense reporting including allocation of fund related expense
• Assist withinvestmentreporting forecasting cash flow analysis andmonth-end closereconciliations 
• Help manage and assistwith audits compliance and tax quarterly yearly and ad hoc requests
• Assistwith cash management monitoring credit lines and calculating interest & fees
• Completeinvestor requests such as fund performance and special projects as they arise 
• Develop and maintain robust internal controls over investments and fund reporting
• Partner with portfolio operations team to build out best-in-class financial reporting and dashboards including various KPIs benchmark reports budget-to-actuals etc.
• Co-own the portfolio operations system implementation and adoption across the firm 
• Develop and participate in process improvement projects and internal control implementation

Qualifications :

• Bachelors degree in accounting finance economics business or other related majors
• 2-4 years of experience in public accounting private industry fund accounting or a financial analysis role
• Fluent in Microsoft Office products emphasis on Excel
• Strong quantitative and analytical capabilities coupled with excellent verbal and written communication skills
