Eddy SeniorCare a Program of All-Inclusive Care for the Elderly (PACE) is seeking an enthusiastic and compassionate Rehab Supervisor to lead our Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy teams. This role is perfect for a clinician who loves mentoring others enjoys a fast-paced interdisciplinary environment and wants to use their skills to support some of the most vulnerable older adults in our community.

What you will do:
The Rehab Supervisor oversees the day to day operations of the Occupational Therapy and Physical Therapy departments at Eddy SeniorCare. You will coordinate and evaluate therapy services across our Day Center and participants homes ensuring high quality care strong team performance and exceptional outcomes. Youll provide both leadership and direct clinical care helping participants reach their highest level of functional independence through an interdisciplinary participant centered approach.

Pay Range: $41.00-$52.00 Pay is based on experience skills and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates. The pay range may also vary within the stated range based on location.
