• Deliver exceptional facial and skincare services to members and guests
• Design and recommend personalized progressive treatment plans aligned with client goals
• Educate guests on home care retail products and service enhancements
• Consistently meet or exceed service and retail performance expectations

• Serve as a lead resource for estheticians regarding services protocols and product knowledge
• Support onboarding coaching and ongoing skill development of the esthetics team
• Lead by example in professionalism service quality and guest experience
• Partner with management to reinforce standards policies and performance expectations
• Encourage team engagement accountability and a positive spa culture

• Participate in and assist with hands-on training workshops and webinars
• Support education initiatives including new services devices and retail launches
• Assist in tracking team progress toward sales upgrade and membership goals

• Help maintain cleanliness organization and professionalism of treatment rooms and common areas
• Ensure adherence to state regulations safety standards and brand protocols
• Promote memberships referrals and guest retention initiatives

• Current Florida Esthetician License
• Proven strong retail and in-room upgrade performance
