Job Summary
We are searching for a senior Mechanical Engineer with hands-on experience in the same industry a leading global manufacturer of high-strength steel and innovative steel products for industry. To support the design development and optimization of mechanical systems and industrial equipment within a demanding production environment. This role requires strong practical expertise technical leadership and close collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Key Responsibilities
Lead the design development and improvement of complex mechanical systems and assemblies
Provide hands-on technical support for installation commissioning maintenance and troubleshooting
Create and review 3D models technical drawings and engineering documentation
Analyze equipment failures and drive root cause analysis and corrective actions
Support continuous improvement initiatives in production and maintenance
Collaborate closely with production quality safety and engineering teams
Ensure compliance with engineering standards industry regulations and best practices
Mentor junior engineers and contribute to knowledge sharing within the team
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
Senior-level experience with proven hands-on involvement in the same or a closely related industry
Strong background in industrial machinery heavy equipment or process-driven environments
Advanced proficiency in 3D CAD software (e.g. SolidWorks Inventor Creo NX or similar)
Solid understanding of manufacturing processes materials and mechanical systems
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
Ability to work independently and take technical ownership
Strong English communication skills; additional languages are an advantage
