We provide a range of services including Primary Health Care Social and Emotional Wellbeing Family Services Youth Services and Support at Home Care.

About the Role

We are seeking a passionate and experienced SEE First Nations Project Coordinator to lead the Skills Education & Employment First Nations funded project. This role involves coordinating programs developing learning resources managing stakeholder relationships and ensuring successful delivery of project outcomes.

You will work closely with internal teams community members and industry partners to design and implement training programs support participants and oversee project administration. Your ability to communicate effectively manage time and build strong relationships will be key to success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and support SEE First Nations participants across the region
  • Design and develop accredited and non-accredited training programs
  • Administer participant financial support (e.g. travel childcare subsidies)
  • Identify and assist with work placements
  • Recruit participants and liaise with First Nations communities
  • Organise transport catering and accommodation for participants and staff
  • Lead community engagement and awareness strategies
  • Prepare progress reports evaluations and final project reports
  • Ensure compliance with cultural protocols and organisational standards

About You

  • Minimum Certificate IV in Project Management Community Services or related field
  • At least 3 years experience in project coordination or program management
  • Experience working with First Nations communities and understanding cultural protocols
  • Background in education training or employment services
  • Strong stakeholder engagement and partnership management skills
  • Current Victorian Drivers License
  • Ability to obtain National Police Check and Working with Children Check
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong organisational skills
