Responsibilities:
- Take full ownership of your accounts by creating and executing smart account strategies aligned with our brand vision.
- Identify win and grow MID accounts turning high-potential prospects into long-term partners.
- Build tailored sales plans for key accounts and drive them to successful results.
- Actively monitor performance spot opportunities early and take decisive actions to exceed targets.
- Develop strong win-win relationships that go beyond transactions and create real customer intimacy.
- Coach and support sales teams within MID accounts to unlock their full sales potential.
- Become a trusted advisor by understanding customer needs and translating them into effective product and marketing solutions.
- Work hand in hand with Marketing to boost brand visibility and support partner success in the field.
- Partner with Customer Service to ensure a consistently high level of service and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with Finance and project teams to manage accounts responsibly and support smooth project execution.
- Coordinate closely with Somfy Developers to deliver on shared strategic objectives.
- Contribute your expertise to business planning budgeting and B&M plans influencing how we grow.
- Share valuable market and field insights with internal teams to drive continuous improvement.
- Support the development and execution of pricing strategies that strengthen competitiveness and profitability.
- Track analyze and report sales performance continuously optimizing product portfolios for your accounts.
- Stay proactive by identifying performance gaps early and turning challenges into opportunities.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree or diploma in a business-related field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in sales or account management.
- Professional proficiency in Czech or Slovak with good command of English (written and spoken).
- Proven ability to manage accounts and drive sales performance.
- Strong analytical thinking and strategic planning skills.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- A collaborative mindset with the ability to work effectively across departments to achieve shared goals.
