Job Description
Mater Dei High School a Catholic co-educational college preparatory high school of the Diocese of Orange has an opening for a Math/Statistics Teacher at AP and College Prep Level starting on January 30 2026.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate current knowledge of the subject area and be able to engage students using a wide variety of teaching strategies. The candidate should be highly skilled at planning organizing and developing curriculum to meet all students needs and engage students in their overall development. Should have a focus on ensuring all students successfully meet learning targets (i.e. experience incorporating flexible learning strategies).
Candidate must have the ability to collaborate with colleagues in the department and be enthusiastic about ongoing professional learning and development. Candidate should be dedicated to the mission of Catholic education as envisioned in Church documents and teachings rooted in our core principles of Honor Glory and Love.
Education: Bachelors Degree required along with a California Single Subject Teaching Credential or a Masters Degree.
Experience: Previous high school teaching preferred
Certifications: CPR certification.
Range: $5000 to $70000
