We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a well-established OD/MD practice in La Grange Illinois as one of our ODs prepares for retirement. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving practice that has continued growth plans!
Practice Overview
- OD/MD group with an on-site surgeon 2 days per week
- Primary care contacts optical post op- care.
- Preferred experience or desire to grow medical in an office is important.
- Opportunity for myopia management or specialty contact lenses ( if you do not have experience with specialty contacts our team can mentor you on this! )
- Strong clinical and technical support:
- 2 full-time OD techs
- Work with 1 other OD in office
- Patient volume:
- Average 1415 patients/day
- Busy days see up to 20 exams/days
- Retinal camera on site
- Optos arriving soon
Compensation: Schedule & Hours:
2 options
- TuesdaySaturday
- 5 days a week
- Tuesday- Friday: First patient at 9:00 AM last patient at 5:00 PM (lunch break included)
- Saturdays: First patient at 8:00 AM last patient at 2:00 PM (lunch break included)
- $160000 base or percentage of net production (whichever is higher)
- Every Saturday (4 a month)
- Rotating schedule:
- 5 days a week
- Monday - Friday twice a month
- Tuesday - Saturday twice a month
- $150000 base or percentage of net production (whichever is higher)
- Top earners have the ability to make a potential of $190000
- Closed Sundays
