Optometrist Full-Time $200K Potential La Grange IL (25 min to Chicago)

We are seeking a full-time Optometrist to join a well-established OD/MD practice in La Grange Illinois as one of our ODs prepares for retirement. This is an excellent opportunity to step into a thriving medically focused practice with strong surgical support and significant earning potential.

Practice Overview

OD/MD group with an on-site surgeon 2 days per week
Primary Eye Care large Medical focus Contact Lenses and Post-op Care
Opportunity for Myopia Management or Specialty Contact Lenses (optional not required)
Strong clinical and technical support:
2 full-time OD techs
Work with 1 other OD in office
Patient volume:
Average 14-15 patients/day
Busy days see up to 20 exams/days

Compensation Schedule & Hours

2 options
Tuesday-Saturday
5 days a week
Tuesday-Friday: First patient at 9:00am last patient at 5:00pm (lunch break included)
Saturdays: First patient at 8:00am last patient at 2:00pm (lunch break included)
$160000 Base or Percentage of Net Production (whichever is higher)
Every Saturday (4 a month)
Rotating schedule:
5 days a week
Monday-Friday twice a month
Tuesday-Saturday twice a month
$150000 Base or Percentage of Net Production (whichever is higher)
Top earners making $200000 annually
Closed Sundays

Qualifications

Must have medical Optometry experience or contact lens/primary care residency training
Fourth-year Optometry students considered if:
All national board exams have been passed
Medical training is completed
