- Lead the sales and coordination of golf events including member competitions corporate golf days and charity tournaments.
- Maximise revenue across golf rooms food & beverage spa and wellness through cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
- Develop and manage a portfolio of golf-related and lifestyle accounts ensuring retention and growth.
- Maintain accurate records of all sales activity memberships and events within approved systems.
- Produce regular sales reports covering memberships sold event revenue and pipeline activity.
- Ensure all sales activities align with Fairmont Brand Standards Accor SOPs and luxury service expectations.
- Collaborate with the wider Sales team and Accor Sales Network to support broader commercial objectives.
Qualifications :
- Minimum 2 years Senior Sales Management experience within a luxury hotel environment
- Extensive knowledge of managing your own sales pipeline for corporate clients
- Excellent communication and customer service skills in written and spoken English; additional languages are a plus
- Ability to engage effectively with luxury clientele and senior stakeholders
- Experience in managing budgets cost control and forecasting
- Strong business acumen and understanding of operational profitability.
- Upholds brand standards for professional conduct and presentation
