Mastering Global Logistics: Strategically deploying event assets and kits ensuring flawless execution across diverse international venues.
Engineering Experiences: From initial space design through to on-site build and breakdown youll be instrumental in shaping breathtaking environments.
Commanding Collaboration: Serving as the central hub youll unite a diverse network of suppliers including advanced AV teams intricate build partners and critical logistics alongside internal DO & CO teams.
Executing Under Pressure: On-site youll be the decisive leader adept at navigating real-time changes resolving technical hurdles and fulfilling client needs with precision during live events.
Forging Alliances: Collaborating intensely with F1 operations creative teams and project stakeholders to construct cohesive impactful event narratives.
Innovating for Excellence: Continuously enhancing processes streamlining operational flows and optimizing inventory to elevate every future project.
Qualifications :

A solid track record in event production project coordination or experiential delivery ideally within the demanding worlds of sports luxury hospitality or large-scale live productions.
A sharp grasp of spatial planning temporary structures and the complex mechanics of event builds.
The essential capability to manage tight timelines diverse suppliers and concurrent workstreams with unwavering focus.
Crystal-clear communication skills crucial for navigating high-pressure situations.
Fluent English is non-negotiable (additional languages are a distinct advantage!).
A genuine readiness for extensive international travel.
