- Market and Customer Development: Explore new markets and customers through active research as well as establish new partnerships with trading partners and direct customers to drive business growth.
- Top-Notch Service and Support: Provide first-class service and support for distributors and direct customers in technical commercial and administrative matters.
- Technical Consulting for Key Customers: Ensure that key customers receive the best possible support.
- Distributor Training: Train distributors on product launches and product packages.
- Planning and Execution of Meetings and Customer Training: Organize and conduct meetings customer training sessions and events.
- Introduction of New AR Products and Systems: Launch new AR products and systems in target markets.
- Close Collaboration: Work closely with the inside sales team and Sika customer service centers in Germany France and Slovakia.
- Customer Visits: Visit end customers and customers of our distributors to analyze the acceptance of our concepts products and marketing actions.
- Development and Implementation of Alternative Sales Strategies: Create and implement alternative sales strategies and distribution channels.
Qualifications :
- Successful completion of a technical or business degree or a comparable qualification.
- Proven professional experience in a similar position.
- Passion for technical contexts and an understanding of their significance in craft and industrial production processes.
- Experience with technically demanding and consultative products such as 2K epoxy and polyurethane materials for tooling and composite applications.
- Persuasiveness in implementing your ideas and addressing the needs of your customers.
- Proficient in modern communication and presentation technology as well as MS Office applications.
- Willingness to travel for business (approximately 50%).
- Fluent in English.
