Job Summary
Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Conduct analyses for the Hong Kong residential property market and compile timely and insightful reports.
- Design build and maintain robust data pipelines to ensure efficient data collection and integration from various sources.
- Automate data collection pre-processing tasks report generation and visualization workflows using established frameworks and tools.
- Maintain database integrity through data cleansing quality management and continuous improvement processes; participate in integration projects to enhance data systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify data requirements and translate business needs into technical specifications.
Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Economics Statistics Information Technology Computer Science or related disciplines.
- Minimum 6 years experience as a data analyst or in a similar role preferably with knowledge in database engineering or programming.
- Experience with ETL (Extract Transform Load) processes and tools
- Good command of SQL & Python. Knowledge in Power BI & Tableau an advantage
- Proven English proficiency
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good report writing skills and the ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
- Willingness to work overtime weekends and public holidays as needed.
