Job Summary

Your Role in the Story 

The Cluster Security Manager is responsible for ensuring the safety security and well-being of all guests employees and property across multiple LUURA locations. This role oversees and coordinates security operations at all sites including supervising external security teams managing CCTV monitoring ensuring the safety of staff accommodations and implementing property-specific security protocols. The Cluster Security Manager also safeguards guests and employees while maintaining overall site security ensuring consistent standards compliance with local laws and a rapid response to any incidents across the cluster. 

Key Responsibilities 

  • Develop maintain and implement comprehensive security SOPs manuals and operational standards across all properties to ensure consistency; for all operational areas.

  • Lead mentor and supervise on-site security team and external contractors ensuring proper coverage and operational excellence. 

  • Plan coordinate and conduct regular training for security staff on emergency procedures guest and employee safety conflict resolution and property protocols.  

  • Provide training to all operational personnel in accordance with established procedures and standards. 

  • Oversee day-to-day security operations including shift alignment coverage during peak hours and on-ground supervision of teams. 

  • Manage CCTV monitoring review footage and ensure accurate incident reporting and documentation across the cluster. 

  • Ensure the safety and security of staff accommodation guest areas and property facilities. 

  • Oversee external security providers including access control emergency response and buggies/security vehicle operations. 

  • Conduct regular audits and inspections proactively identifying potential issues or vulnerabilities and implementing improvements. 

  • Check all properties for safety security or operational risks and inform senior management proactively about any concerns (hotel and staff accommodation) 

  • Respond promptly to incidents emergencies or accidents coordinating with authorities and providing leadership guidance on-site. 

  • Collaborate closely with other departments (Front Office F&B Housekeeping HR) to maintain seamless operations and overall safety. 

  • Analyze security data incident reports and operational gaps to continuously improve procedures risk management and guest safety. 

  • Prepare detailed reports for senior management on security operations incidents staffing peak hour performance audits and strategic improvement initiatives. 

  • Ensure all work and guest incidents are submitted to the relevant authorities as required by local regulations. 


Qualifications :

Who Were Looking For 

  • Minimum of 8 years in security management with at least 3 years overseeing multiple properties or sites. 

  • Proven experience managing hotel resort or large property security operations including external contractors and on-ground teams. 

  • Strong knowledge of CCTV systems access control emergency procedures and staff accommodation safety. 

  • Experience in hotel pre-openings will be considered as a plus. 

  • Ability to manage shift alignment peak hour operations buggies/security vehicle operations and audits. 

  • Proactive approach to identifying risks and reporting issues before they escalate. 

  • Familiarity with Greek laws and EU regulations related to security and safety. 

  • Excellent leadership decision-making and analytical skills. 

  • Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus. 

  • Eligible to work in an EU country. 

  • Comfortable working outdoors in varying conditions and responding to on-site emergencies.
